The Yoga Hut

The Thousand Eyes Yoga Hut is a unique place for yoga and meditation. Situated on the quiet bank of the jungle lake in Koggala, it gives you an ideal space for your body, mind and soul practices. You can salute the sun with Sooriya Namaskar in the morning, watching as the sun rises over the misty calm waters and mangroove islands of the lake, or concentrate on your breathe and mind during the meditation, listening to pacifying bird's sounds on the sunset. The Yoga Hut is made from eco-friendly materials and shares a great cool shade of the leafy coconut roof during the hot sunny tropical days.

 

 

Hatha-Yoga Classes

You can join our morning and evening Hatha-Yoga classes at The Thousand Eyes Yoga Hut, carried by our qualified certified teachers. The main point of our programme is to bring to our attendants the real, deep target of classic yoga, not only physical aspects. We learn asanas and breathing exercises as well as the foundation of yoga philosophy - karma, yama, niyama, tapas and many other aspects of yoga path that can lead you to unbelievable changes in your life and in the Universe. We say:

Teaching languages available in our classes are English and Russian.

We organize yoga-tours around Sri Lanka with yoga practices in most spiritual places as well.
